This is a regular closet maintenance project completed in June 2022. The work was carried out by one of our senior organizers to refresh and maintain the existing organization system. Clothing and accessories were reviewed, tidied, and returned to their designated places to ensure everything remained easy to see and access. This type of periodic maintenance helps keep the closet functional, organized, and easy to maintain over time.

We worked on this closet decluttering project in February 2023 with a team of two organizers. The process began by carefully assessing the contents of the closet, identifying items that were no longer needed, worn out, or duplicates. Items were then sorted into clear categories to make it easier to see what belonged where.

Once the decluttering was complete, we reorganized the remaining belongings using a thoughtful system that maximized space and improved accessibility. By the end of the project, the closet was not only tidy and functional but also designed to be easy to maintain, helping the client keep their space organized long-term.

This storage and pantry area in a downtown Vancouver apartment had gradually become cluttered and difficult to use. We began by removing everything from the shelves to fully assess the contents. Expired and unwanted items were decluttered, and the remaining products were sorted into practical categories.

We then introduced new IKEA bins to create a more consistent and functional storage system. Items were grouped and labeled so they are easy to find and put away. The result is a tidy, efficient pantry that is simple to maintain and much easier to use in everyday life.

This allowed us to organize the remaining items efficiently, ensuring that everything is now neatly stored, easy to see, and easily accessible. The result is a much more functional storage unit that is simple to maintain.

This was a playroom organizing project for two children.

It was a fun and easy project, and we found a perfect spot for every item so the space stays organized and easy to enjoy.
